Sessions are available in person or via Zoom, for your preferred comfort and safety.
Alchemic Sessions
Sessions begin with a brief assessment of what you want to focus on. Sometimes a focus is easily evident and sometimes more exploration is required. Counselling and Journeywork can both help find clarity and shift energy.
Journeywork
Journeywork is a healing modality where I journey (psychically travel) to other realms and receive creative solutions and specific information for people. I work with a variety of power animals and spiritual guides that lead me through the different terrains. After the journey I share my experience and we discuss how these findings may be helpful to you.
Healing Hands
Using life-force and living energies that exist in the body, I can help rebalance energy that may be blocked and in need of flow. The process of breaking away at our accumulation of heaviness creates opportunity for refined lightness and smoother flow of energy.
Bodywork
Hands on work using deep-tissue and light-touch massage. This is often paired with Healing Hands to produce a wonderful experience and can help move energy.
Spiritual Coach
60 or 90 minute talk-therapy sessions to help investigate, review and navigate issues. I can help with goal setting, incorporating a spiritual practice into your life and other ways to increase your spirit!

60 Minutes: 125-140$ -- 90 minutes: 160-175$
